Originally from Southern California, Austin moved to Stillwater to attend Oklahoma State University, and in 2019 he graduated with a degree in Animal Science. After college, Austin chose to follow his passion for pursuing a career in real estate, joining Cheryl’s team in 2020. He specializes in and manages the details of the brokerage’s transactions and rental property. Austin’s attention to detail and organizational skills fit perfectly with the real estate team’s business model.

James has been a Stillwater resident most of his life and has deep Stillwater roots. He graduated from Stillwater High School, attended Oklahoma State, and has owned his own company for 29 years. James was voted small business young entrepreneur of the year and always strives for success through hard work and determination. He owns and operates commercial and residential property. James is a people person, has an unmatched work ethic, and uses creative approaches for a different perspective of problem-solving and achievement in this ever-changing market.

Cheryl is a Stillwater native and a graduate of Stillwater High School and Oklahoma State University. She is a great example of being loyal and true to her home community and alma maters. Her entry into real estate in 2005 was inspired by her late father, Jerry Carpenter, who started a real estate and construction company in the mid-90s. Cheryl’s motivation to continue the family tradition and passion of working with people is what sets her apart.

Kristin has over 20 years of experience in sales, client support, and financial investment. She earned her degree in business from the University of Colorado, Boulder. After working in Boulder, Kristin met her husband, Ray, and they now have two boys, Jarod & Connor. Their life has taken them to Dallas, Boise, Tampa, and now Stillwater. Buying and selling homes along the way helped Kristin gain valuable knowledge of the process, making it an easy transition into real estate. In her spare time, Kristin enjoys skiing and spending time with her family and dogs.
