Originally from Southern California, Austin moved to Stillwater to attend Oklahoma State University, and in 2019 he graduated with a degree in Animal Science. After college, Austin chose to follow his passion for pursuing a career in real estate, joining Cheryl’s team in 2020. Cheryl is a Stillwater native and a graduate of Stillwater High School and Oklahoma State University. She is a great example of being loyal and true to her home community and alma maters. Her entry into real estate in 2005 was inspired by her late father, Jerry Carpenter, who started a real estate and construction company in the mid-90s. Kristin has over 20 years of experience in sales, client support, and financial investment. She earned her degree in business from the University of Colorado, Boulder. After working in Boulder, Kristin met her husband, Ray, and they now have two boys, Jarod & Connor. Their life has taken them to Dallas, Boise, Tampa, and now Stillwater. Buying and selling homes along the way helped Kristin gain valuable knowledge of the process, making it an easy transition into real estate. In her spare time, Kristin enjoys skiing and spending time with her family and dogs.
